Provide door-to-door services to install and test the equipment
under conditions of actual operation;

and project managers be present)
Provide on-the-spot training for maintenance of the equipment
(It is required that maintenance workers, workshop directors
and project managers be present)
Communicate with customers about projects and requirements.
(After sale) Service processes
Listen to customers’ claim about equipment problem
and maintenance reqiurements -> Pass to technical personnel
for further understanding -> Solve simple problem by calls->
For complex problem, give quotation to customer. ->Maintenance
on time after the customer conform the cost (inform customer
if delivery time changed)->customers inspect and accept
the products -> deliver after payment received-> Guarantee
